The value comes off your order. Hand over the old phone when your new one is delivered or collected.
Estimated value is subject to physical inspection. The exchange value is an estimate based on your answers and is subject to physical inspection when we collect the old phone. If its condition is different, the value is revised and you can pay the difference or cancel the exchange.
