Prices and stock

Prices shown on this website are indicative and change frequently. Stock is limited and
sells quickly, particularly second hand phones, of which we usually hold only one of each.
Please confirm price and availability before travelling to the shop.

This website does not take orders or payment

Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell. Enquiries and bookings made here are
requests to contact you. A sale happens only at the shop.

Second hand phone sales

Used phones are sold in the condition described and shown in the photographs. You are
welcome to inspect and test any phone fully before buying. Any shop warranty offered is
stated on the product page and covers functional faults only, not physical damage,
liquid damage, or damage caused after purchase.

Selling your phone to us

Any price shown by the sell your phone tool is an estimated range based on the answers
you give. It is not a firm offer. The final price is decided only after our team inspects
the handset in person. If you do not accept the final price, you keep your phone and owe
us nothing.

You must be the lawful owner of any phone you sell to us, and you must provide valid
photo identification. We record the IMEI of every handset we buy.

Warranty on new phones

New phones carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the brand’s
authorised service centre. We will help you with the process, but the warranty is between
you and the manufacturer.
