Terms and conditions

Prices and stock

Prices on this website are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Stock
is limited, particularly used phones, of which we usually hold only one of each. The price you
pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may call you to confirm an order before
dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will refund you in
full to the original payment method.

Payment

Orders are prepaid: you pay online through Razorpay when you place the order. Cash on delivery is not available. Every paid order is reviewed by the shop; once it is confirmed, the invoice is emailed to you and can be downloaded from your order page. If we cannot accept an order, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Used and refurbished phones

Used phones are sold in the condition described on the product page. Any shop warranty
offered is stated on the product page and the invoice, and covers functional faults only, not
physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused after delivery.

Selling your phone to us

Any price shown by the sell your phone tool is an estimate based on the answers you give.
It is not a firm offer. The final price is decided only after our team inspects the handset in
person. If you do not accept the final price, you keep your phone and owe us nothing.

You must be the lawful owner of any phone you sell to us, and you must provide valid
photo identification.

Repairs

Repair prices shown on the website are estimated ranges. The final price is confirmed after
we examine the phone and before any work is done.

Warranty on new phones

New phones carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the brand’s
authorised service centre. We will help you with the process.
