When you send an enquiry or book a phone pickup through this website, we collect your
name, mobile number, and where you provide it, your address. If you use the sell your
phone tool, we also record the phone model and the answers you gave about its condition.

Our website does not ask for your Aadhaar number, any other ID number, photographs of
documents, or any payment details. If any page asks you for these, it is not us.

Why we collect it

Only so that we can contact you about the phone you asked about, or arrange the pickup
you booked. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your details with any other business or any
advertiser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and pickup requests are kept while we are dealing with them and for a
reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Identity proof when selling a phone

When you sell a phone to us, the law requires us to record proof of identity. This is
done in person at the shop or at pickup, never through this website. We keep only what we
are required to keep and we do not publish it anywhere.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time. Contact us using the details
