Is the price on the website final?

Prices change often. Please confirm on WhatsApp or by phone before you travel to us.

Do you deliver?

We prefer you visit the shop so you can see and test the phone before buying. For sell
and exchange, we can arrange pickup.

How do I know a second hand phone is genuine?

We record the IMEI of every phone we buy along with the seller’s identity proof, as
required by law. You can dial *#06# on any phone to see its IMEI, and you are welcome to
check it against the box and the bill before buying.

Can I exchange my old phone for a new one?

Yes. Use the sell your phone tool for an estimate, then bring the phone in. The agreed
value is adjusted against your new purchase.

What do I need to bring when selling a phone?

The phone, its charger and box if you still have them, the original bill if available,
and a valid photo identity proof. Identity proof is required by law when selling a used
handset.

How is the final price for my old phone decided?

The website gives an estimated range from your answers. Our team then checks the screen,
body, battery and all functions in front of you and tells you the exact price. If you do
not agree, you keep your phone.

Do you repair phones?

Please ask us directly on WhatsApp about any repair you need.
